1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Sunrise you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Subscription & billing

Sunrise offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial you need an active subscription to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. Your data

You own your data. We don't sell it and don't train AI models on it. See our Privacy page for exactly what leaves your device and how it's handled.

4. Acceptable use

Use Sunrise for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Sunrise is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
